Reviews
Kay is a wonderful sales person. I have made 3 sales transactions with her and I’ll be back. Thank you Kay for all of your help in assisting me to purchase my vehicles.
Great experience leasing a new car. Highly recommend Zach Kotran for a no-nonsense and professional experience. I basically walked in without an appointment and a 3rd party leased trade. Was out of there within 3 hours, 2 test drives, previous car traded, paperwork complete, new car prepped, & detailed review of functions & features. Highly recommend to all.
On Sept 26th, I bought a 2014 Acura MDX from a third-party dealership. I was told there was a recall on my vehicle. I called lehigh Valley Acura to make an appointment. On Sept 27th, I got an oil changed on my car because I had no idea how long the car had been sitting at the dealer. I was told there was a bad oil leak. As I drove the car that day, I also noticed a clunking sound. With these 2 things in mind, I figured I'd let the service department know. On Sept 28th, I visited lehigh Valley Acura for the first time. When doing all the routine paperwork, I told the representative who was assisting me of the noise and oil leak. He assured me he would talk to the tech and said I would get a complementary MULTI POINT INSPECTION. That same day, I got my car back and the inspection sheet. I asked if they had checked what I talked to him about, and the representative told me that everything was ok. The inspection didn't have anything to report. So I took my car assuming the best because hey, it's a name brand dealership. Of course, they know what they are doing. After leaving, I could still hear the noise, and it had me concerned. I had someone else look at it as a second opinion. They assured there was definitely an oil leak, and something was wrong with the suspension and causing the noise. I called lehigh Valley Acura to make yet another appointment. This time, I was told there was a diagnostic fee that would be applied. I said ok. And my appointment was set nearly 4 weeks out. When I get to the dealership, I'm told each issue would be billed as a separate diagnostic. I was surprised but determined to get my car fixed. I said ok. I was hoping that my warranty would cover the cost of whatever was wrong with my car becausee by this time I have surpassed the date in which I could return the vehicle and get a refund. I dropped the car off Nov 21st, and they couldn't get to it due to having other cars more important to check than mine, according to the young lady who helped me this time. I chalked it up to it was Thanksgiving weekend. And they had given me a loaner. I received my car back that following Monday, Nov 27th, along with the news that my warranty will not cover any of the issues they found. Over $5,000 worth of things to fix. Now, this is where it gets frustrating. After all this, I pay the diagnostic fee of $200. I asked why my car wasn't checked the first time I brought it in. The young lady told me there was no record of me asking for those things to be checked. The tech who did the original multi point inspection no longer works there. I got in touch with Kory, the service manager of this establishment. Let me tell you no help at all. I spoke with Kory. I explained that someone under his management dropped the ball. I.E the gentleman who originally met me the first time I went to the service department for the recall not putting in my request order, and the tech who didn't do his due diligence and report the leak that was clearly visible, now I'm suffering the consequences. He assured me that it wasn't no one on their side fault. I tried explaining that if this had been done properly. I wouldn't be in this situation to begin with. I would have taken the car back and gotten a refund. He offered a 10% discount on a bill that would cost me over 5 grand. I am highly upset, completely annoyed, and I swear, during that conversation, I felt like I was being taken for a fool. The conversation was condescending. And when I backed him into a corner regarding all the issues, he'd fumble over his words and had to retract some of his statements. I'm upset because I received no help and was treated poorly. 10% off a 5,000 dollar bill is not help. it's adding insult to injury. Thank you for nothing, Acura. UPDATE: DEC 7TH, after a couple of conversations and the admission that there was or may have been fault on their end. All I was offered for my troubles, aggravation, stress, and financial setback, was 25% off only on the 2 most expensive items they listed.
They are absolutely great to work with, enjoyed doing business with them. Thanks so much, all we dealt with were amazing. Definitely would recommend, we drove 1 1/2 hrs. Well worth it.
Great service from Andrew and Eoin. They were transparent and worked out a very fair deal. Highly recommend.
I had a fantastic experience with the team at Lehigh Valley Acura. Andy, Matt and Yosmar all took good care of me and got me into a beautiful Integra. They had great inventory, relaxing lounge, coffee. I Definitely recommend them over other acura dealers in the area. In fact, I went out of my way to visit this one specifically.
Horrible experience purchased a rdx 2019 8 months later back glass shattered by itself called them and explained the situation they told me I have to go through my insurance. After just one search I find out it’s very common on that model .
The worst part is after glass it’s replaced there’s no way to remove the broken glass from the inside of the door. So I’m driving around with a crackling noise everywhere. It’s either replaced the entire back door 8k or just deal with it .
Drew Seltzer sales and leasing consultant was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me get a new vehicle also his sales manager Matt they were very accommodating and not pushy so look them up if you are looking for a new Acura. also Eoin Walshe GM was instrumental in finalizing the deal. thank you very much
